The RFID tag tube is made of nylon and can be inserted into any hole on wood, plastic and masonry. Fully waterproof IP68 is resistant to rust, wet environments and chemicals. The assembly is done by drilling a hole, inserting the tag and eventually closing with resin. TK4100 RFID chip read only LF 125 KHz memory 64 bit.
APPLICATIONS - RFID guidelines for forklifts - Round control points in safety systems - Identification of elements under masonry
TK4100 is powered by an external coil in an alternating magnetic field and obtains the clock through one of the two contacts. The other contact of the coil turns the modulation current on and off; the chip sends 64 bits of information from its pre-programmed memory during manufacturing. In the TK4100 chip, data is modulated and transmitted with Manchester-encoded formatting. Chip programming is done with fusion lasers on polysilicon to store a unique code on each chip. The continuous output data string contains 9 leading 1 values, 40 bits, 14 parity bits, and 1 stop bit. No buffer capacitor is required because the control logic has very low power consumption. Only one external coil is needed to operate the chip. The parallel resonance capacitor of 74 pF is integrated into the chip.
