NXP Semiconductors has developed NTAG203 to be used with NFC enabled devices. NTAG operates at 13.56 MHz frequency , has 168 bytes of memory of which 144 bytes are user r/w areas, divided in 36 pages (4 bytes each), transfers data at 106 kbit/s and has a 7 byte long UID
