EXAMINATION OF PRODUCTS, DELAYS AND NON-DELIVERY

The customer is required to carefully examine the goods received at the time of delivery and to communicate in detail to IDColor, within 8 (eight) days of delivery, any defects found - or verifiable - at the outcome of this examination, or to propose any other complaint in relation to the products. In the event that the customer does not make the above communication, the products will be considered definitively accepted and compliant with what is requested in the order, without prejudice to the possibility, which can be exercised within and no later than 1 (one) year from delivery, to assert any non-apparent defects, provided that the related report was made within 8 (eight) days of their discovery (in compliance with the provisions of article 1495 of the civil code). It is understood that the customer must refuse the delivery, by the carrier, of packages with damaged packaging and must, in this regard, immediately inform IDColor of the incident; otherwise, the goods delivered will be considered accepted in their entirety in the state in which they are found at that moment. Following the complaint within the indicated times, IDColor will be able to agree with the customer the methods of return, replacement and refund.

In case of delayed or non-delivery within the established terms, only if they have been clearly communicated in writing during the order phase to IDColor and accepted by IDColor mandatory delivery dates, the customer can decide to refuse the goods or cancel the 'order. After having communicated your intentions in writing to IDColor, if there is no other possible remedy, IDColor will be able to issue a total or partial refund of the order. In no case IDColor.it and its suppliers, including carriers in charge of deliveries, can be called to compensate direct or indirect damages due to such delays.

If IDColor will be held responsible for the problems complained of by the customer, it will be able to quantify, case by case, a sum of compensation to be proposed as an alternative to returning or canceling the order. If the customer accepts the proposal, the compensation procedure will be started, in the same way as for reimbursements.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

No return of products will be allowed without the prior written consent of IDColor in which the agreements for the return, replacement and refund are established. After obtaining the consent of IDColor, to be entitled to a refund or replacement, the customer must return the products, according to the following conditions:

a) the products must not have been used and must be returned in the same conditions in which the customer received them;

b) the return must take place within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of the purchase invoice;

c) unless otherwise agreed, the products are returned to IDColor.it at the expense and risk of the customer. The shipment must take place with adequate packaging and sent to the central warehouse of IDColor in Italy located in: Via Montalese, 526 - 59013 - Montemurlo PO

d) if the conditions of sale do not contain specific instructions (and these have not been subsequently indicated by IDColor), any parts added to the product by the customer must be removed before returning it to IDColor; otherwise, IDColor is authorized to remove and / or eliminate all additional parts; is) in case of replacement of the goods, for reasons attributable to IDColor or to the carriers used, the replacement shipment will be made within 3 days of receipt of the returned goods. In the case of customized products or not in stock, the customer will have to wait for the time necessary for a new production, possibly shorter than the time of non-compliant supply.

REFUNDS AND CREDIT NOTES

Following the return, according to the agreed methods, indicated in the previous paragraphs, after having checked the goods and found the actual defects complained of by the customer, within 3 days, a refund of the amount paid by the customer during the order will be issued, including of the initial shipping costs. The customer can choose between the following refund methods:

a) same payment method used for the purchase (bank transfer or PayPal);

b) coupons to be spent within 6 months;

c) good for the purchase of other products in the catalog;

If necessary, based on the choice made by the customer, an adequate credit note will be issued to offset the amount returned.
